2.1 Non-Cancellable Orders

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Our machinery is often custom-ordered and sourced directly from manufacturers based on your specific requirements. This process incurs significant costs that cannot be recuperated through cancellation.

3. Return and Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The machinery has a manufacturing defect that renders it unusable.
  • The machinery is not functioning as advertised, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

3.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary assistance.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned machinery has been inspected and the defect confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.

4. Warranty Information
