Can I collect the machine myself?
Yes, from Dumbrăvița, during opening hours. A collected order is paid at the counter; no proforma is issued for collection.
How is a machine shipped, and what does it cost?
We ship by courier across Europe, with the carrier chosen per shipment. The transport cost is confirmed by phone after the order, because it depends on the crate and the destination. We call you before delivery.
How do I get the proforma, and how do I pay?
An order placed online is an order request. For courier delivery we send a proforma made out to your company, with the bank details on it, and ship once it is settled. For collection you pay at the counter.
What happens after “Add to basket”?
The basket sends an order request, not a payment. We contact you to confirm stock, transport and how you would like to pay. Card payment on the site is not live.
What is checked on a second-hand machine?
Second-hand machines are technically verified before sale. The warranty is the one shown on each machine’s own page. Commissioning and training are available on request.
