General Features:
Double-head mitre cutting machine for PVC and aluminium profiles
Easy and precise positioning system via servo motor
Automatic movement of the saw heads to 45° and 90° angles, with manual adjustment between 45° and 90°
The 500 mm saw blade diameter allows cutting 2 profiles simultaneously
Two 2.2 kW motors are used for cutting both PVC and aluminium
PLC control system with touchscreen
All moving parts of the machine run on linear rails
Automatic saw blade safety system
Options:
– Barcode printer.
– Hydropneumatic saw blade movement with cooling system.
